  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  9. agreement signed by Centaur Multmedia, Inc. your use of this
  10. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  11. warranty.

  13. Registered Version

  15. One registered copy of Student Organizer may either be used by a single
  16. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  17. or installed on a single workstation used non simultaneously by
  18. multiple people, but not both.
  19.  
  20. You may access the registered version of Student Organizer through a network,
  21. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  22. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  23. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  24. will access Student Organizer on the network, each workstation must have its
  25. own Student Organizer license, regardless of whether they use Student Organizer at different times or concurrently.

  29. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  30. California.

  32. Disclaimer of Warranty

  34. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  35. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  36. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

  38. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  39. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  40. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  41. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
